Job Title: Chef /Cook
Location: (CMD – Farmhouse) Delhi
Preferred - Male Cook / Female (can be referred)
Pay Bracket :- 25K - 32K + (Accommodation)
1. Daily Cooking & Meal Preparation
Prepare fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals as per CMD’s taste and dietary preferences.
Plan and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
Ability to prepare multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, healthy meals, etc.).
Customize meals for health requirements, if needed (low oil, low salt, diabetic-friendly, etc.).
2. Menu Planning
Create weekly menus based on seasonal ingredients and family preferences.
Suggest new dishes while maintaining consistency in taste.
3. Kitchen Management
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
Manage kitchen equipment and report repairs if required.
4. Grocery & Inventory Management
Prepare grocery lists and manage stock of vegetables, meat, spices, and essentials.
Coordinate with household staff or vendors for timely procurement of fresh ingredients.
Maintain cost-conscious usage of materials.
5. Special Requirements
Prepare meals for guests during gatherings, parties, or farmhouse events.
Ability to handle bulk cooking when required.
Serve food in a presentable and timely manner.
6. Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols.
Ensure proper handling and cleaning of utensils.
7. Miscellaneous
Flexible with working hours depending on CMD’s schedule.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Capability to travel between home and farmhouse when required.
